Once the order is confirmed, the account is provided and activated, we DO NOT offer refunds or returns due to the VosTV account code which cannot be resold.

The products come with a 12-month warranty during which VosTV will replace or refund any damage or malfunction of the product caused by the manufacturer of the product.

If for any reason we are unable to complete the delivery, we will issue a full refund.

If you have received an incorrect product or if the activation key code has not been activated, a refund or replacement is possible.

If the activation key code cannot be activated for an unknown reason, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and a refund or replacement is possible.

If you encounter difficulties with the product you have purchased, please contact us first with a description of your issue, along with screenshots or photos taken with a digital camera to provide us with a clear understanding of the situation. We have technicians on-site who will assist you in installing and activating your software. Your order will be eligible for a refund in the rare case that our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
